Payment can be made electronically in several ways:
- by bank card Visa or MasterCard
- through the PayPal payment system
The StarArts website is connected to the secure electronic payment system
We do not operate a physical gallery, however we regularly
participate in art fairs and put on temporary shows. If you would like
information about our next event, please sign up at the bottom of the page for
our newsletter.
StarArts cooperates with logistics operators like DHL, FedEx. Choosing
the service for your purchase depends on the origin of the goods and the place
of delivery, as well as on the requirements for packaging and handling.
Shipping cost depends on
the size of the art and end destination. We proudly offer free shipping if the artist
selected is within your country and
shipped in rolled without frame.
Unfortunately,
at present we can not guarantee the accelerated form of delivery of the
acquired art object. However, if you need expedited delivery, we ask you to
contact our sales department at support@starartsgallery.com
The Buyer has a period of 7 days from the delivery of the Artwork to use his/her right of withdrawal with the Seller, without any costs or reason for those art specified as “Free Returns” in product page.
The Buyer may use his/here right of withdrawal with StarArts through sending an email to the following address contact@starartsgallery.com.
StarArts will then be responsible for handling the cancellation from the Buyer and shall process the refund within 14 days following the date on which the artwork was shipped from buyer.
The refund will be paid for the full art price. You are responsible for cost of return shipping and customs fee if any.
The returned artworks that are damaged or dirtied by the Buyer shall not be accepted, nor refunded, StarArts reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion.
Depend on the size the arts are available as Framed (Mounted Artwork), Stretched canvas or Rolled. Please review the art detailed page on available options.
Various import duties and taxes may be charged by the local customs office, when artworks are imported into the customer's local country. They are outside of StarArts control and it is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and duties
If framed option is available, in product detailed page the artist will specify the availability. If framed option not available and need to be framed, we would encourage that you contact the artist or our admin prior to purchase, to discuss if this would be possible.
After purchasing using your credit card, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your inbox. Our artist will be notified that an artwork has been sold, and will contact you as soon as possible via email, WhatsApp, or a phone call. They will update you on the shipping process, and will be available for any question you may have from the moment of purchasing the artwork, and until it arrives at your doorstep (and even afterwards, if needed!).
We are terribly sorry for that. Please contact us within 48h to get a refund. If possible, send us pictures of the damaged artwork. We will evaluate and provide either one of this service. Free replacement or return back your payment or reimbursement of the repair cost
